Terms & Conditions

Truth Core Essence is an 11-week group program focused on emotional intelligence and embodiment, led by Sige Nagels, Embodiment Architect & Transformational Mentor. The Program is educational in nature and is designed to support personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and nothing in the Program constitutes medical or psychological advice.

Results vary by individual and depend on your personal participation and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

The Program investment is USD $6,000 payable in full, or a payment plan of three (3) installments of USD $2,200. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

If you select the payment plan, all three installments become due according to the agreed schedule regardless of whether you complete or continue participating in the Program, unless otherwise required by law.

Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees are your responsibility.

Due to the digital and live nature of the Program, all fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or a session has begun. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Any refund or cancellation consideration is at our sole discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Statutory cancellation rights that cannot be excluded by law (for example, certain consumer rights in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland) remain unaffected by this section.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material, or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content on the Website and provided through the Program, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and recordings, is owned by or licensed to Truth Core Essence and Sige Nagels and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use Program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree to participate in the Program respectfully and to refrain from disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other participants or the facilitator. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate, without refund.

The Website and Program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions relating to the Website and the Program. You acknowledge that your use of the Website and participation in the Program is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Truth Core Essence nor Sige Nagels shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Website or participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Website and Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your personal data. In particular, please note that personal data is stored and processed in the United States, and that transfers from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are subject to appropriate safeguards as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR apply to the processing of personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, subject to mandatory statutory provisions, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website or Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
